Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. The wait time is unbelievable, no one should have to wait 2 hrs to be called back then wait another 30-45 mins. to be seen. Ever since Dr. Patel left the practice it has not been the same. The front end is so slow and inexperienced and the billing department is crazy how they always mess up and send you statements with a late fee charge. I think this whole practice needs to reorganize themselves.

well i heard and seen a lot on ur web site but as fas as trying to make an appt its in possible u have automative and i ll get back to u with in 24 48 hours well honey its been 5 days and not even a phone call back to say im sorry so i will try one more time today is friday the 15 of dec and i call the 12th of dec so 5 days go by and not even a phone call

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

In all my experience with doctors, this was the best. Dr. Wanda Torres and her staff is an A+. When i need them the most, they were there for me, and my family. They are all caring. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
