Their bedside manner was OK, but my child doesn't care for them

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here.

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment and didn't keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The office was very easy to locate; I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were kind of kid friendly, but for a pediatrician I expected more. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care.

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
