The wait is always terrible...even if I would have the first morning appointment or first appointment after lunch...I still had to wait at least an hour. Otherwise..the wait is usually 2 hours with an appointment with no apologies. I spoke with the office manager regarding the long waits...and her repsonse was that they doctor likes to give each patient is undivided attention...but when we see the doctor he/she only spends a few minutes with you and it feels very rush! I had all four of my kids here...and it only got worse! Place is terrible!
