Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
