I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Dr. pilar was my dr when i was a child and when I walked in twenty years later she remembered me and my siblings. She is kind and listen to our concerns.
