I had a TERRIBLE experience. Booked an urgent appointment for my 4-year old daughter. When we arrived, no one greeted us. I looked around, and the hygenist asked if I could wait for an hour as they over-booked. I left, and called back later to find out what happened. They said the "other hygenist" got a flat tire. I told them the hygenist told me they over-booked, and they said she must not be aware of the other hygenist. I asked why they didn't call me, and they said they tried both my home phone and my cell phone, but both just "rang and rang." (We don't have a home phone, and my cell phone logs calls and has voicemail.)

It's bad enough if you screw up. It's even worse if you can't just admit it and say you're sorry. I'm now urgently calling other dentists to get my daughter in ASAP.

The staff greets you cheerfully by name when you walk through the door. No matter whether your questions are about your teeth or billing the doctor and staff treat you with kindness and respect to make sure you leave thoroughly informed and comfortable. They are very accommodating of my family's last minute meeting, practice and other appointment conflicts, and bend over backwards to reschedule quickly. Emergency calls have always been supportive and gets you in front of the doctor without issue. The office is always a constant stream of patients in and out yet somehow your wait is never more than a couple of minutes (if that!) any you are never rushed through your appointment. I'll be back every six months!

Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful.

Good all-around dental office. Clean offices, friendly and efficient staff. Dentists are personable and discuss the details of treatment and procedures with you before doing them (in other words, they treat you like an intelligent human being like more doctors should). Great find!
