The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I'd also like to say they double and triple book every appointment and the waiting room is always backed up.
