Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax, but that comes with the territory as I don't believe any woman would feel comfortable at their pap smear appointment. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
