Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but in order for them to postpone your appointment they would need to answer which they never do. Makes it hard to schedule an appointment. Also their hours of operation arent very patient friendly. most likely will be finding a new doctor in the near future. other than that he is an ok doctor.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
