Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!

Dr. O'Dwyer, the dentist hygienist and dental assistant were outstanding, however, the receptionist who also handles the schedule and billing was rude, vindictive and evasive. When I called for my family the first time, I think I offended her and was told he wasn't taking new patients. Around six months went by and I called again for an appointment and initially was told it was a six month wait but for some reason they were able to get my husband in quickly. I requested to take his appointment and only after that, we were both able to get one. I also told her I needed to know our out of pocket expenses. She did not tell me we could learn this by submitting a Pre Op. to the insurance co and not have to guess. I had to learn this by calling the insurance co. myself . She told me my appointment was 100% covered by insurance even though she knew I had a previous evaluation within the 3 years from another dentist, which the insurance won't cover a second one until after 3 years. I did not know this at the time. Then I was billed for it anyway? Her scheduling techniques leave you wondering if your being punished if you upset her by trying to question the billing practices.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
