The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. NEVER waited more than three minutes to be seen. HAVE LATE HOURS after work. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable.
