We went to Dr. Bass recommended by a new friend (we were new to the area).

Because of Dr. Bass, my kid now will require jaw surgery. Kids in our family have too many teeth, but Dr. Bass told me he could fix it, just by looking at it, no x-rays, no really technical exam. In 1 year my kid's teeth would be perfect—local orthodontists want to keep you longer to get more money"

Well, not really. When I noticed my son's problem was getting worse, Dr. Bass' comment was "If you don't like the way his jaw looks, you should look into plastic surgery". Well, it is worse than that, Dr. Bass, it's major jaw, not plastic surgery we are facing now.

I talked to some local dentists about Dr. Bass (we were new to the area) and it seems that if your kid's problem is really small and a no-brainer, you can go to him and have a good experience. But if your kid really need braces, look elsewhere.

My other 2 kids saw great local orthodontists and had real computerized exams, and I was explained what the problems and solutions were, and both of them had the same "too many teeth for their mouth" problem, and now have beautiful, gorgeous teeth and no jaw problems.

To make things worse, my older kid's teeth, went back to be as crooked as they were before Dr. Bass- there was just no space to start with.

Appointments take less than 5 minutes. If you let your kid in and go park the car, your kid will be out before you can park.

The receptionist is also very rude, if you need to change an appointment, you'll have to hear a sigh and feel like you are a very difficult person.

I can't give zero starts, or I would.
