Kevin O'neal is a pretty nice and professional doctor. I was pretty happy with my previous diagnostic experience and the drugs he prescribed to me. However, i think his stuff are pretty dumb especially the lady who answer the phone. She does not know how to operate the phone and her voice is just annoying as hell. I think Kevin is too nice to fire her.
