They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.

***He was very rude to my mother when she went in for some problems she was having. She expressed some symptoms that were a concern to her and he basically told her to let him do his job and that she wasn't a doctor. He used to be a trusted doctor in the family, but somewhere a switched has flipped, call it old age maybe. I will NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone and will advise for anyone to keep searching when coming across his name. My mother was embarrassed and hurt to the point of tears and I WILL make sure that everyone in the Brunswick area knows how horrible he is.***

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
