Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.

My wife has some sort of issue in the back of her throat. The doctor (not Dr. Porter, but a new Dr. at this practice who's name I don't remember) looked at it with his flashlight, told us he didn't know what it was and all he could do is refer us to an ENT, then they charged us the co-pay. The Dr. was in the room with us for about 5 minutes. My wife and I wasted half of our day, she's out one vacation day, and $35 for the doctor to tell us he doesn't know and give us a few business cards to local ENT's. Thanks for wasting our time and money! The principle is that we hired the doctor to figure out is going on with my wife and he couldn't, so he did not provide us with the service we hired him for. Thus, we should not have to pay. Hate to have to leave a bad rating, but this was our experience.
