I have been going to Dr. Kalmans for 10 years, always with excellent care and results. Referred my husband to him too; we have always been happy with Dr. Kalmans and the entire staffs’ congeniality and friendly nature. In addition the appointments are always on time. Lastly, we have referred at least 3 families to this practice over the years, from what they tell me they too continue to use this practice with fine results.

Dr. Kalmans staff receptionist Cathy is very unprofessional, ill-mannered and discourteous. She treats patients very rudely. In one of my routine phone calls to Dr. Richard Kalmans office, to inquire about my bill, she was very rude on the phone. She does not exhibit any professionalism.

With this kind of unprofessional behaviour from Dr. Kalmans office staff, I would not recommend Dr. Kalman as a dentist to any of my associates/friends.
