They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their office was nice and quiet. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

The parking at the Storrs office is very limited and it can be somewhat difficult to get in and out of the lot. It was as nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
