They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
