I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction at the office in enfield on Thursday March 23, 2017. They answered none of my questions and rushed me into the chair. The nurse did not inform me about what anesthetic would be used at any point and just strapped the laughing gas on me. I had told them in my consultation that I had medical concerns regarding being put to sleep so I was hoping they would take care and be vigilant. Immediately after strapping the mask on me I was left alone in the room completely unsupervised for at least 5 minutes breathing in the gas. They had me in there breathing in laughing gas for about 30 minutes and I would say I was being watched for about 10 of it. The laughing gas did nothing to ease my tension as this remarkably unprofessional doctor came in cracking jokes and butchering the insides of my mouth. I complained about the amount of pain and he stated I was probably imagining it. Then he heard me gag a bit near the end of the surgery and jokes saying. That's what I like to hear, no one to talk to me if they are asleep. And then he sees I am awake and goes oh I guess you are still awake. He made that wise crack to his assistant because I complained about the pain while he was ripping at my mouth. Completely puzzled as to how this fly by night operation is in existence.

My experience with him was abysmal. It was barbarous. He performed a wisdom tooth extraction on me - all four in less than ten minutes. He joked with his assistant during the procedure while he thrusted and jostled me about, yanking and tugging at my teeth while i sat there semiconcious and helpless. I've had a chronic sinus infection since the operation and now I need surgery. He's a horrible doctor contracted by the state so if you're poor like myself you have no other choice.

I had a 8:30 am apt with this oral surgeon. This was my first time having any teeth pulled so I had a pretty serious anxiety attack on my way in. I told the nurse I was having an anxiety attack and she told me it was just the laughing gas that could have made me feel that way. The nurse did nothing to make me feel more comfortable at all. By the time I saw the doctor, he had came in the room and said hello, but I was so upset I couldn't even say hello back. Very anxious and starting to panic they continue getting prepped, and I guess I passed out, and I thought I was being woken up by my fiancé but it was the doctor shaking me... My worst fear was being uncared about and not having anyone try to make me feel better or even offer me something for my panic and difficulty breathing, but he pulled my teeth pretty quickly. They just seemed like they didn't care about my comfortability. I won't return there for any work in the near future if I had too. I'm just grateful that this is over with and can move past this horrible experience.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and
The doctor and staff know what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.

I had an 11 am appointment with this provider - by 12:15 pm, I still hadn't been seen, with no explanation provided as for why there was a delay. Meanwhile, people who arrived after I did were seen before me. They also tried to get me to sign up for "laughing gas" for my surgery - something my state-provided insurance wouldn't cover, so I would have been obligated to pay them out of pocket. This was not what we had agreed upon prior to the appointment. In fact, they didn't seem to notice or care that I was there until I walked out the door and back to my car, at which point the nurse who followed me told me I hadn't been treated like anyone else - good to know - if you want to be ignored and waste your time, then by all means, go here...otherwise, go elsewhere!
