The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying.
