They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
