Dr. John Johnson has been a blessing to me in my adulthood since moving to Douglasville, Georgia. Across the street from Wellstar in Douglasville, his office is easily accessible and his hours are reasonable. I have never called for myself nor recommended someone who couldn't get a visit, and do so in a timely manner. Dr. Johnson, a friendly and congenial doctor, has a highly efficient staff who are calm, reliable and exceedingly polite. They get you in and out in no time flat.

Once, I had pneumonia, and my daughter, who wasn't familiar with Dr. Johnson, took me to visit him. Needless to say, I was on death's bed, and my daughter couldn't understand why i didn't choose to go to the emergency room that night, but waited until his office opened the next day. She anxiously asked him if I were going to die, at which point he burst into laughter and said, "I didn't know you had a daughter", to me and to her; "No, your mother knows I wouldn't let her die, that is why she insisted on coming to me!" He was absolutely right. When I see Dr. Johnson, I know everything is going to be alright. He is A1 to me...and believe me, I have seen a lot of medical doctors in my time.
