Dr Steckel and her staff are outstanding! From the moment we walked in the office we knew we were in great hands. Everyone is warm and friendly. Dr Steckel explained our son's treatment plan in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. She always spends time with him during every visit and answers questions before we can even ask! We were on vacation out of the country over Thanksgiving and as luck would have it, one of Aidan's brackets came off. We called the office after hours and left a voice mail explaining the situation, knowing it would be difficult for us to be reached by phone. Within 30 minutes we received a detailed email explaining what we could do to keep him comfortable for the remainder of our trip and we had an appointment scheduled for the morning we returned. Needless to say, we were incredibly impressed! This is exactly the level of service we've grown to appreciate from Dr Steckel and her staff! Thank you for making Aidan's smile beautiful!!

I was very scared at first to get braces, mostly of the pain or discomfort. But Dr. Steckel's team made me feel comfortable during the entire process and kept me abreast if everything happening with my teeth. Everyone here is so sweet and now I have a smile I really like.
