I initially chose Greenburg through referral of my dental insurance. I feel the specialists are awesome...Dr. Cherry did my implant and Dr. Burchfield did extensive work for my daughter. I have to give Greenburg a low score because of the poor customer service and the lack of regard for clients. Phone calls are not returned....EVER. 89.67% of the time no one answers the phone...this is baffling because when I go into the office, it is staffed with myriad people who sit around gossiping. One time I had to stand for 5 mintues just to be acknowledged while their non-work related conversation was completed. Then, I felt like I was inconveniencing the ladies by being in their presence. On my last visit, I had a build-up done for a crown. The assistants seemed more interested in flirting with the dentist...he actually did an ok job, but I felt more like I was visiting the SPCA than an established dental office. They were having negative conversations about an earlier patient. The assistants did my temporary crown and the dentist did not return to check or anything. At one time I felt as if I was a volunteer for a dental school. Needless to say, my temporary crown detached within a couple of days, and I don't have another appointment for several weeks. I have had some decent experiences, but the majority are frustrating. I'm waiting for open enrollment for my insurance so I can change dentists. I don't require a lot. I don't even need them to care. All I need is professionalism and respect.
