They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

My first and hopefully last visit to this Physician. Staff friendly enough, won't make eye contact with you do their job. Medical student enters first to ask questions and then relays to Dr. Baugh. I felt rushed on my paperwork, was called in early. Dr then enters exam room and seems hurried and overwhelmed at the information the Med Student has taken from me. He doesn't listen to patient and wants yes or no to his questions. He would make a fine lawyer. He asked me several times if I have insurance and pushed two exams off on me that I would rather not have and will be canceling. Hopefully, he pushed my face and then apologized for his action, he was upset because I didn't follow his instruction on the light in my eyes. I started to cry in his office and didn't stop for hours later. He seems like a knowledgeable Physician, but his abrupt manner, especially when a patient is in pain, just ruined my visit. His exam was too rough sticking me with pins and racking bottom of my feet. He seemed irritated. Not a Doctor for me.

Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.
