I visited Dr. Barr's office several years ago for a crown on #7'Lateral incisor. The crown looked great. It was the correct shape and color ; however, that night when I was flossing, the floss fell right into the space between the core build up and the crown. This is dental malpractice as that area cannot be cleaned. There should be no space. When I returned to the office, he was not admitting anything until I insisted on an xray. As I was a Dental Hygienist, I could see the space immediately. He redid the crown reluctantly and the same space happened. This time the color and shape were off. He tried to blame the lab ; however, he had switched labs. It was his error. He was very insulting and rude during the second procedure and acted the same way he did with another patient review. I ended up needing an implant. I filed a malpractice complaint with Tallahassee.
