They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I have been going here for 20 years and I love Dr. Espy and his staff!!!!

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
