Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
