Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
Absolutely!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment?
Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. This was the worst dental experience that I have ever encountered in my life. I had an appointment showed up on time and waited in waiting room for 45 minutes and had to ask if i was going to be seen today. A staff person finally came and got me led me back and I waited again to see the hygienist. They wanted to take xrays first and that was another 30 minutes, and I waIted to see the hygienist again. I had to tell them I was on my lunch hour and I was already in the office for 1 1/2 hours and still not seen by hygienist. Finally the Dr. Sharp came in and I told him I have been waiting for a very long time and he said I will clean your teeth, this took another 30 minutes for a total of 2 1/2 hours. I was very unhappy with my visit and the charges they charged me and my insurance company was very high. I have purposely chosen not to go back there , now I wanted to transfer my records and xrays to another dentist they want to charge me $30.00 to transfer my xrays. I paid and so did my insurance company and this is crazy to charge me for my records. I would never recommend this doctor's offfice to any patience. This is a bad dental office and please stay away.

I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. The front office was doing nothing but messing around the so called office managers underwear showed every time she bent down and was just nasty as can be. She was very rude.The people up front only cared about food and who was getting their kids. The only nice person was the lady doctor who i wish i would have seen dr sharp was very rude could barely hear him had sweat all over him. the last time i was their there were kids running all around this will be the last time i go to this office ever
