I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.
