If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. The experience was absolutely horrific. I made the appointment over one month in advance and then the day of, they canceled 30 minutes before my appointment. I rescheduled for yesterday and when I arrived they told me they could not do both the exam/xray and the cleaning. After I protested that I lived 30minutes away from the office (which was the closest Great Dental Center to my home) they complied... but not without giving me attitude. The cleaning was a joke. The hygienist did not even brush the entire top left of my mouth and made it very clear she was in a rush. She did not even perform a proper flossing, just barely putting the floss in between the spaces of my teeth. Then she claimed that she did not know I also wanted an exam with the doctor. When I said I would not leave without seeing the doctor and xrays they again complied but not without making ME feel as though I was the person doing something wrong and imposing on their time. I was able to get the xrays and see the dentist for all of 5 minutes. She was actually very nice and its too bad that the staff she employs made everything so unpleasant. Keep in mind that the first appointment I made was scheduled over one month in advance, which they canceled last minute and rescheduled. They were well aware the entire time what I was coming in for.

I understand that some doctors might look at patients using "groupons" as not as important as their regular clientele.... but I have NEVER in my entire life been made to feel so uncomfortable at a doctors office. The way the hygienist and receptionist treated me, as though I was imposing on them, was unacceptable. My biggest regret was trusting Great Dental Centers and spending my money on an appointment. I would have been better off just paying full price somewhere else.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. False advertisement, not open on Saturdays although they publish it on their website
