The last thing that happened which makes me not want to go over there again is that my child wa missdiagnosed and then later a report came back saying that my child needs to come back beacuse he tested positive in the results. When her assistant previoulsy told me that my baby was negative. I showed up on time for my appointment in many ocacions but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Dr. Benson is a GREAT doctor. She will get to know you and your family so you don't feel like a stranger in the room. Im 18 and sad that Dr. Benson can't be my doctor anymore! Wonderful person!!

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me. The waiting room needs thorough cleaning, i.e. steam clean all the chairs, bathroom need attention, etc.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
