They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I had to wait a while at one visit, but the doctor and staff were curteous and apologized for the wait. The doctor said he couldn't turn away a sick child. I knew I was in the right place then. I also have a child who is extremely nervous about procedures. I found it very comforting that the nurse displayed patience and not hostility during a procedure with my child as I have met with at other offices in the past.
