I appreciate that Dr. Abrams always takes the time to thoroughly answer any questions we have. They work hard to find appointments for all three of my children at the same time, and work well combining their appointmenst.

I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. I am very pleased with how he handles everything and is not ready to prescribe a drug just because it will make the parents feel better! He was very understanding and accepting of our no immunization stance as well.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, they didn't get upset

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
