They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Worst experience I ever had. He did not give us information regarding the shots he gave our child and because so our child went into seizures. He never took the time to call or speak to us about this matter and it showed he truly did'nt care about our child and was only seeing money for the shots he is going to bill.

Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Not at all, their cologne smelled great

My 5 year old has been with Dr Leards office since he was born. His staff is very friendly and helpful in every way. They not only answer my questions but if my son has a question the nurse or Dr all ways answers his as well. The doctor is very through in examining your child to make sure he is making the correct diagnosis.

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were a little rude when I asked for some additional details about something I was wondering about. They definitely didn't want to take the time to explain it to me. THEY LOST MY GRANDDAUGHTERS RECORDS AND REFUSED TO TREAT HER UNLESS I PROVIDED NEW ONES. When I tried to fax over copies of shot records their fax machine did not work.
