They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Dr Felton and Dr Pappas are like no other doctors that I have seen in the past- they actually listen to their patients and care about every last detail !!!Their staff is very friendly and professional. I I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Yes! It was effortless!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. The restrooms were very well-stocked. I at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. And last but not least I loved Dr. Felton and his staff! He always made sure that I was in no pain due to the accident and made me feel as comfortable as possible.
