Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
