I had been to 4 other dermatologists over several years before for a condition under my nails. They took cultures, cut my nails off, one even wanted me to get injections under my nails.

Dr. O'Donoghue took one look and knew what it was immediately. She's knowledgeable, personable and attentive.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend her. I only wish I had found her sooner.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

I have been a patient of Dr. O'Donoghue for over twenty years. I saw several other dermatologists before a friend was kind enough to recommend Dr. O'Donoghue. She solved my dermatological problem and at other times--those of my children and grandchildren. I would recommend her without reservation. Her office staff is pleasant and very professional. Dr. O'Donoghue listens, discusses my health, and has always solved my dermatological problem. I would recommend her without reservation.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
