When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I have been a patient for many years and wouldn't consider changing. There is usually less than a 20 minuite wait to be seen. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I respect their staff, they are knowledgeable and well-informed. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have the doctor's input on. All the P.A.'s are excellent, knowledgeable, and professional. I give this practice my highest recommendation.

Dr. Parks saved my life 3 times in the years that I have seen him. Two traumatic, unplanned emergency surgeries and a serious bout with drug allergies that was unknown to either of us. He has always been kind, calm, the voice of reason and the most unusual aspect of Dr. Parks as a physician: he listens. You just can't do better than him.
