Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they didn't wear any cologne

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
