I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
