They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find - just inside a bigger building on the 2nd floor. These two Dr's have been with me since my birth - 19 years later they are still my favorite doctors!

my family (husband, son and i) were patients in this practice for nearly 8 years. when we moved out of town, i called to have our records transferred. i thought this a good idea for continuity of care. i was told they'd be mailed and they were. what i wasn't told was that i'd be charged $30 for the privilege. i wish someone had alerted me to this and had maybe advised that only my son's record be transferred. worse yet, i called to resolve the issue, and my voicemail was unreturned. i thought were done, but weeks later i got a second bill. when i called to dispute it, the office staff were rude and unyielding. ultimately, i paid up and shut up, because i didn't want to risk a collection agent coming after me. however, i feel violated. what's more, when i'd mailed in my written request for the records, i'd included a very nice note to my provider, regretting we hadn't been able to say goodbye in person and thanking her for her years of service. and what did i get in exchange? not a 'goodbye' or a 'good luck,' but a big fat bill (ironically, more than a co-pay for an office visit!). really not impressed.

I was a little nervous taking my newborn too a family doctor, but boy was I wrong. The doctor were both SO great with him even though he had somne strugglers when first born. Now we can go there until he goes to college. It is also nice to have 1 doctor for the whole family. We see Ddr. Uchitelle and my husband and I oth adore her. She is patient and reasonable and we really value her level headed advice. They are so kind and attentive to me.
They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
If you want a loving down to earth family doctor - you will be very happy with either doctor.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
