They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. However, I left with more pain. When I did x-rays, it hurt my mouth like crazy, I don't know if the lady (not the dr.) knew what she was doing. I STILL FEEL PAIN IN MY MOUTH FROM THE INJURY SHE GAVE ME!!!! I loved the doctor because she's so sweet and informative, but with those other people helping her, I NEVER EVER WANT TO COME BACK AGAIN! And not only that, the lady that gave me these injuries in my mouth kept on sighing because not everything was going right. I don't know what happend to professionalism. I hope they find better staff members or they'll start losing customers like me. And this was recent, like a week ago. They better be glad that this is the only complaint I'm doing because this pain is still here. If you wanna find a good place, IT WOULD NOT BE HERE UNLESS YOU ONLY ASK FOR THE DOCTOR.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay.
