My children see Dr. Behnke at this practice and I see doctor Ritman as well as my assistant and my former boss seeing doctors located at this practice as well. All concerns are always addressed no matter how ridiculous of a question I may ask or concern I may have. The nurses remember small details from past visits regarding personal events whether it be a school event that had taken place or how much they have grown which child is shy and which is outgoing they even remember my mother in laws name whom is not a patient. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone I am very pleased with all my experiences thus far and even if our regular doctor cannot see us and we must have someone else so we may be seen at the earliest time available I have always received the best care possible.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I have been seeing Dr. Stephen Rittman since I was young. His bedside manner is horrid. He comes in for 5 minutes and guesses whats wrong wtih you. He doesnt take the time to help or listen and accusses his patients of things.
