I feel that Dr. Towers and his staff really value my daughter's health and happiness because they always follow up even after my appointment just to check up on her after her vaccinations. It was such a nice gesture that makes a huge difference. When comparing them to other Doctors my friends take their children to, Dr. Towers is the best! He is very professional, kind, informative, and genuinely cares about my daughter's well-being. The office is always clean and quiet. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it as they have always been right on time with my appointment. They have a wonderful staff that's very knowledgeable, friendly, and qualified. I actually look forward to taking my daughter to her well-baby appointments and would highly reccommend Dr. Towers to anyone looking for a Doctor.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
