They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Dr Gross has always taken care of me and my family. He seems to know more than other doctors I have seen in the past. Very convienently located and has a great office staff.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.
