They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They also approach health with a holistic and western mix. Ive only been there once. But so far so good. :)

Yes everything was neat and sterile

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
