I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I drive 110 miles round trip just to see Dr. Garner, rather than switch to another Doctor.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain.
