I like the fact that my appointments have been on time; also they had me come in on short notice when I called about a problem. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. I appreciate how attentive they are here. Dr Catching focuses on you during the appointment. I feel 'heard' when I talk about what is going on. She communicates effectively and fully with me. It is nice to be heard and listened too. I am grateful that I found this doctor.
The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
