I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
